Policyholders are the last ones to know if they have been defrauded by their insurance carrier.
In fact, in most cases a policyholder has no idea that this is even possible.
The insurance company will send you a detailed build back estimate showing each item that they are paying you for. They often have items on the estimate that you did not know you were entitled to. You look at the multi-page build back estimate and you think it must be right because it has so many lines. The check might be smaller than you were expecting, but since they sent you this detailed estimate you figure they must know what they are doing.
But you have this gnawing feeling that you have been underpaid. You just don't know how to find out.
We are the whistleblowers as seen on 60 minutes and many other news outlets. We didn't ask to be whistleblowers. We were insurance adjusters exposed to carriers changing estimate amounts, reducing legitimate damage costs or even changing the real price of the damaged item. We've seen estimates with 87% depreciation. That meant the carrier would only pay 13% of your loss (after the deductible). Did you get an 87% discount on your policy premium?
The insurance companies have managed to get away with these practices because they are so powerful and they spend money with lobbyists and politicians to make sure they get what they want. So when an insurance carrier breaks the law, the most they have gotten is a slap on the wrist or a 1 million dollar fine because no government official wants to go up against them in any meaningful way.
We founded our company to help level the playing field. We want to give the homeowner a chance to be treated fairly. We have one product. It is the Avaina 1 2 3 insurance audit report. We offer the report at a low price that is priced less than one hour of attorney time. This report may show that you are owed thousands of dollars by your carrier.
Our goal was to make the Avaina 1 2 3 insurance audit report useful and at a low cost. You will see if you have been underpaid and by how much. You will also see if you have been treated fairly.
We do appreciate your business and support and hope the Avaina 1 2 3 report will serve you well and help you get the insurance claim payment that you are entitled to.
