Return Guide

The Avaina 1-2-3 Report is a custom, digital forensic audit created specifically for each homeowner using the insurance carrier’s build-back estimate you provide. Because every report is prepared individually and involves professional review, it cannot be reused, resold, or transferred once the process begins.

Refund Eligibility

Once your documents have been received and the audit process has started, all sales are considered final. This policy allows us to maintain the quality, accuracy, and confidentiality of every report. Refunds are not available for completed or in-progress reports due to the time and expertise involved in the review.

Order Errors & Technical Issues

If you believe your order was placed in error or you encounter a technical issue during upload or checkout, please contact our support team immediately. Requests received before the audit begins may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for cancellation or correction.

Commitment to Fair Resolution

Our goal is to ensure every customer has a clear, professional, and fair experience. If there is a concern regarding missing files, unreadable documents, or delivery issues, we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly so your report can be completed accurately.

How to Contact Support

For questions regarding returns, refunds, or order concerns, reach out to our customer support team via phone, email, or live chat. We are available 24/7 to assist you and ensure your experience meets our standards of transparency and trust.

A clear, expert-reviewed audit of insurance claims—giving you the insight and confidence to know whether you were treated fairly.
