Delivery Via e-mail

Your 1 2 3 report will come to you via e-mail.  If you received a discount code from a public adjuster or from an attorney, that public adjuster or attorney will also receive a copy of your 1 2 3 report.  Standard delivery is 3-5 business days. We can also offer same day and next day e-mail delivery for an additional charge. 

When you place an order, please allow 3-5 business days for standard delivery. Same day (upcharge) service is usually within 8-12 hours.  Next Day (upcharge) service is 24-36 hours.  

Since we send everything via e-mail, we have no reason to charge for shipping.  Please ignore any shipping

charges.

Refunds

Your Avaina 1 2 3 Report was created just for you.  It is like no other.   Due to the custom nature of our audit product, refunds are not available.
