J D Power 2025 US Property Claims Satisfaction Study

JD Power has released their 2025 their 2025 US property Claims Satisfaction Study.  

This is a study that surveyed homeowners that have had claims.  The largest 16 insurers were listed in the study.

The top four highest rated Insurance companies are Chubb, USAA, Amica and The Hartford.

The bottom four lowest rated Insurance companies are Homesite, Safeco, State Farm and Allstate.
